Vineyard Vinyasa was founded by Erika Davies in service of the year round and seasonal yoga community of Martha‘s Vineyard.
You will find a simple, chic, boutique hot yoga studio located in the heart of downtown Edgartown on the island of Martha's Vineyard- where our mission is to share the sweaty, grounding, and empowering practice of hot vinyasa yoga with the island community, its diverse visitors, and the world.
We practice and teach hot power yoga in Edgartown because of the results it produces physically, mentally, and spiritually. Our intention is to build and support collaborative community; to celebrate each individual's creative gifts in service of transformation and growth; and to EMPOWER, INSPIRE, and UPLIFT each practitioner through our core values of VITALITY, GROWTH, CONNECTION, ELEVATED COMMUNICATION, and SHARED EXPERIENCE.
This powerful practice is accessible to everybody. Every single body is empowered by the enlivening practice of increased awareness and presence.
We invite you to get curious about what might be possible for you to accomplish outside of your perceived limitations. Come experience Vineyard Vinyasa. We can't wait to meet you.
