Vineyard Vinyasa is co-founded by Erika Davies and Anne Hajjar.
A simple, chic, boutique hot yoga studio located on the tiny island of Martha's Vineyard, in the heart of downtown Edgartown. Our mission is to share the sweaty, grounding and empowering practice of hot power yoga with the island community, it's diverse visitors, and the world.
We practice hot vinyasa yoga because of the results it produces physically, mentally and spiritually. Our intention is to build and support collaborative community; to celebrate each individual's creative gifts in service of transformation and growth; and to EMPOWER, INSPIRE and UPLIFT each practicioner through our core values of VITALITY, GROWTH, CONNECTION, ELEVATED COMMUNICATION and SHARED EXPERIENCE.
This powerful practice is accessible to every body. Every single body is empowered by the enlivening practice of increased awareness and presence.
We invite you to get curious about what might be possible for you to accomplish outside of your perceived limitations. Come experience Vineyard Vinyasa. We can't wait to meet you.
